Landlord Fee Guide (inclusive of VAT)

STANDARD LETTING/MANAGEMENT SERVICE Talbots Partnership provides a property letting and management service to owners wishing to let out their property. The standard fee for the letting/management is taken as a percentage of the gross rents due for the period of the tenancy.

Scale of Fees
(inclusive of VAT)

Letting with Management Fee. 16.8 % (14% plus VAT) of the monthly rent due and payable monthly thereafter. On the anniversary of the first year with the existing Tenant/s the monthly fee due is reduced to 15%  (12.5% plus VAT) of the monthly rent due and payable for the remainder of the tenancy.

Letting and Rent Collection Fee.12% (10% plus VAT) of first rent due  of the monthly rent due and payable monthly thereafter. On the anniversary of the first year with the existing Tenant/s the monthly fee due is reduced to 10.2%  (8.5% plus VAT) of the monthly rent due and payable for the remainder of the tenancy.

Additional Charges 

Attending Court  £210 per hour (£175 plus VAT) plus travel expenses and. parking.

Hourly Rate For Other Work £120  (£100 plus VAT)
