Amazing experience with this agency!N N (Tenant) 02/07/2025
I had the pleasure of renting a flat through this agency for the past three and a half years, and I can honestly say it’s been a truly exceptional experience. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly polite, supportive, empathetic, and thoroughly professional. They were always just a phone call away whenever I needed help or had questions, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Over time, we developed a great relationship, and it genuinely felt like more than just a tenant-agency connection. When the time came for me to move out due to the arrival of a new member in our family, it was a very emotional moment. It felt like I was leaving behind part of my own extended family. It’s rare these days to find people who care so much and treat you with such kindness and respect. I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to call home. Thank you for everything!

Great service, friendly staffCarol B () 04/10/2023
We have rented a property through Talbots for the last three years and had excellent service. The team (Hayley, Shelly, Simon) are very friendly and super-responsive. Each time we reported something, no matter how small, they had someone there to fix it promptly. We are landlords ourselves and wish that our home fell into Talbots area, as they are so much better than any other agent we have used for our own property. I thoroughly recommend them!
Professional Knowledgable AgentsB Morris (Landlord) 15/05/2023
Talbots estate agents are the easiest we have ever dealt with both sales and lettings. They give honest advice. They are professional and knowledgeable about the current market and trends. My husband and I used them for sales and lettings I would highly recommend them for the future. The owners give that personal touch and you feel valued. 5 star service all around

Approachable Available Helpful & Kind() 03/01/2022
The team at Talbots is excellent! For over 7 years, they have been my estate agents and have always been approachable, available, helpful and very kind. No matter the situation, you can speak to them and they have your best interest in mind and won't leave you to struggle, unlike many other agencies, especially in London. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to everyone who is looking to buy or rent with the agency!
Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueDavid (Vendor) 18/03/2021
I bought my house and sold it over 5 years later through Talbots. They were the epitome of professionalism - friendly, courteous and super helpful. I had some experience of other agents in the area and I can imagine where the negative reviews shown below come from. Trust me, you can totally disregard them all. It was a true pleasure dealing with Steven. Thank you!
Reliable letting agency in NW LondonAttila (Tenant) 01/02/2021
Talking from experience, they are the only reliable letting agency in NW London. Spent 5 and a half years with them. Always available, helpful and friendly. Kept everything that we agreed on. Any time we had an issue, they sorted out in no time. Really sorry to leave them as moving out from the city. Like
